You can see from these pictures the vise like clamps and easy working height alone make this a very nice system. When a frame is held very tight the pulls become more like a uni-body car. When the truck can move around even a little bit it releases the energy from  the pull as it dissipates with the shift. My full frame work becomes easier on a rack like this. Jerry
