QUALITY THAT "HAS AND WILL" STAND THE TEST OF TIME
WE DON'T WANT TO REPAIR EVERY VEHICLE. WE WANT TO REPAIR VEHICLES FOR PEOPLE THAT UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF QUALITY!

In the fall of 1968, the car manufactures were right in the thick of the muscle car era. The economy was on a roll. Vietnam was tearing our country apart and I was a junior in high school. I was working after school beginning to learn my trade.
A lot of things have changed over the last 40 years, but some things have remained the same for me:
Keep studying the way vehicles are made
Constantly improve the skills required to repair any vehicle "properly"
Invest in the tools needed to match the skills
Educate my employees and customers
Never let an employee or a customer dictate how a repair will be performed
Over the years, I have had a reputation for being difficult to work for. The truth is the people that are capable of working for me are skilled enough for me to leave alone to perform their job. My lead techs are the highest skilled workers in the industry. I will never settle for less. To help them, we employ low tech assistants that are supervised at all times. The standards that must be met require this type of staffing.
We pay for I-CAR training every year for our production staff. I also take classes because I know how important it is to practice what I preach. Every month I work on some of the cars. Never ask someone to do something that you wouldn't do yourself!
Your safety and value are the true products that we offer. After 40 years, the rest is just a process.
