At Advanced Collision Repair we warranty our "workmanship" for as long as you own your car. The parts and materials are warrantied by the people we buy them from.
We require training and responsibility from our employees. Please do not ask us to repair your vehicle in any other way.
Insurance companies do not repair your car so they are not able to offer a true warranty. The body shop you choose is the one you will ultimately need to deal with; choose carefully. Even though we work well with all insurance companies and we are on direct repair programs with the best companies, "our warranty" takes priority. That is because we are here to take of you.
If we miss our time schedule after all of your parts are available your insurance company may cut your rental car off. Don't worry, we will pay for your rental car even when your insurance coverage runs out if it is our fault for the delay. We have even delivered cars for our out of town customers if our deadline was missed. Your insurance company will live up to their responsibility and so will we.
Insurance policies very widely from different companies. We work for you but your insurance policy may limit the way some repairs are performed. We will work with you and your insurance company to achieve a safe repair for your car. Our ultimate goal is to keep happy customers.
